What are pre- and back-orders?

We order our sets directly from LEGO. Despite our own large inventory, it's possible we'll run out of a set. We replenish our inventory weekly and try to anticipate how popular a set is/will be. For these orders, we depend on LEGO's delivery speed and current inventory. Therefore, we might order 24 sets and only receive 16.

For pre-orders, the delivery time from LEGO to us naturally depends on the release date of the sets. We don't receive sets earlier. The delivery time for an order is at least two weeks. If we didn't receive enough sets in the first delivery to ship all orders to our customers, we'll have to place a new order for the next delivery.

Backorders are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The first orders receive the sets first. We try to keep our customers informed about their orders by email. Unfortunately, depending on popularity, a delivery may be delayed two or even three times. Orders will be delivered regardless. An order can be canceled at any time for a full refund, provided we haven't yet shipped the order or if other arrangements have been made for special orders.

Please note, your order will only be shipped once the pre-order item has arrived.
If you also order another item, everything will only be shipped once the pre-order item has arrived.

Dispatch

When ordering you can choose to have your items delivered.
Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €5.99 for orders over €40, otherwise it is €7.49.
Orders over €100 will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.

We deliver every order via PostNL, to keep things simple!

Returns

If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, you can. To do so, simply return the package to our store. Upon receipt, we will verify the contents of the order before crediting your order. Your money will be refunded to the account you used for payment.

It's important to note that returning orders is at the customer's expense. This means you will be responsible for paying for the shipping yourself. If the shipment doesn't arrive at our store, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. Therefore, we recommend insuring your shipment so you always have a track and trace service, allowing you to track its location. If the postal service loses your shipment, you can claim the value back from them. This ensures that your shipment doesn't simply disappear without being able to reclaim its value.

Pick up at BrickFever

When ordering you can choose to collect your items.
We will process and prepare the order for you, after which you will receive an email that the items are ready in the store in Oisterwijk.

Warranty & Repair

All items you purchase from us are covered by our statutory warranty. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an item that doesn't meet this requirement, we will be happy to provide you with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

However, the easiest way to make use of the warranty is to contact LEGO directly. The manufacturer itself provides a warranty on all LEGO products.

If a part is missing or damaged, it is covered by LEGO's warranty. To do so, click the link below and enter your information.

As the seller, BrickFever.nl is always responsible for resolving any complaint or claim. Naturally, we are always available to assist you should a problem arise. We refer you to LEGO Direct because they greatly value the information you provide, any complaint, or any issue you have with a set.

Also, if you have any missing parts, LEGO has a good stock and can guarantee quick processing.
